Sullivan Metals manufactures a wide
range of custom lead products, from piano weights to lead
radiation and x-ray shielding. We are a JIT supplier to many
OEM manufacturing operations. Sullivan Metals also works on
a number of Government contracted projects.
Our specialty is lead castings whether standard tolerance or precision lead casting (to 1,000th of an inch).
Given our capability to work to such close tolerances we are
comfortable doing any lead casting project. Our experienced
staff will work with your project engineers, meeting their
exacting specifications from small simple parts to larger
integrated assemblies. .

Some of the products we make
include, of course, Lead Castings, lead cast weights, counterweights,
lead shielding, radiation shielding,
x-ray shielding. We make very close tolerance castings
for many types of industrial projects, including instrumentation
radiation shielding. We have made marine ballast systems,
ballast for ships & recently lead ballast for ferry boats.
We can supply lead sheet and
lead sheet products. If it can be made from lead, Sullivan
Metals, Inc. can fabricate it. Please
